Ay, there's the rub. Long arm cantis are notoriously sensitive to set up. If you have a full time mechanic and a spare bike in the pits, they're great.

I used to have these, couldn't get them to work as well as I'd like but I had to work around a front mini-rack which limited the adjustment I could do. Switched them for CX9 mini-v's which were a massive improvement.
