Igaro D1 model 5 arrived today. This one appears to have some sort of external stability bank that my other older model doesn't. Bit ugly but if it works.... (kind of like me then)

Did you consider / compare this to the D1 'b' version, which has the stabilit bank hard wired in?

That's only got one USB output I think and like the idea of two better. I think they'd do better making the body of the thing larger and jamming it inside.
Has a bit of a Practical Electronics Magazine feel to it. -

@acharnley , a nice practical product you make. Any further developments in the works for the D1? or a D2 on the horizon

Next in the series is a collar mount, again for dynamo 50mm bolt pattern light. May look into lazer etching penises onto the prototypes.....

Looks very nice that!

Will use v brake type cone washers to allow for different seat tube angles, to avoid needing a different version for every frame.

That looks great! Would it be possible to incorporate about an inch drop from the collar to the rear light fixing point ss I'm pretty sure my saddle bag would obscure it like that.

Maybe give it a default 17 deg angle though, not many people with Mojo Geometrons are gonna be running dynamo lighting

@7ven @TomvanHalen like this?

You've clearly never seen all the weird things people will ride audaxes on ;)
In hindsight it is probably best to add some sort of angle. Will 3d print a few versions tyo see what works best with washers etc...

Not in blue.

Yeah boi! That's exactly it. I'll definitely take one! Can you engrave a large cock and balls on it please?

Fit! I'd buy one of them.

Hah, but you definitely want it really shiny?

SJS. Well, thats where I have sent them before anyway.

OK thanks Mr.

Will 3d print, check clearances, then make a list.
Cock and balls will be mandatory. Possibly winged.

But you already have this

Liking this a lot.
Would it make sense to have a cut out in the center for the rear lights which have the cable coming out the back rather than middle?
Also, per what I believe is @mdcc_tester guidance, a barrel nut in the opposite side from the bolt is the optimum fastening.(I realise this is just a first draft, so apologies if I'm being pedantic)

SJS!

Going to make a bracket for my columbus gravel fork as well, so I can mount lights without my mudguards fitted.
