If it's raining and cold I've got a lightweight Adidas jacket I like to wear just to take the edge off. Not sure if they still make it, was a freebie for my London Marathon pacing job. :)
Very happy to get a tough marathon-pace tempo run done in a windy Battersea Park this evening. 13.5 miles total, incl. 11.6M @ 5:41/m, which is pleasingly scraping inside target MP, even though the session was a variable-pace one, 4 reps of (3.8k@MP/1k@95%MP). Average "MP" section pace was 5:36/m, so I've got a bit of pace to play with when it progresses to an extra rep. (Ugh!)
