Got Strava on phone. Seemed to work fine just tucked into a zip pocket. I've worked out a short route. It's only 1.5 miles, but I can't even do that without stopping at the moment! (Crap running legs as oppose to my lungs.)
Immediate goals will just be to get round that loop without stopping. Then build to doing it twice which will give me a nice 5km route.
