I think it's more like 47, depends a bit on which chainring you use
Usually track crank chainline is around 42.5mm, maybe a simple spacer between the hub thread and the freewheel could do the trick ?
You're unlikely to fit that much packing behind a sprocket and still have enough thread engagement. Since all my fixie bieks use road cranks, I just rebuild my hubs to suit with customised axle parts.
thanks, my plan is to modify a bit the right crank arm, but I'm more worry about the chain line than the chainring compatibility.
