Just finished up the Dolan minus bar tape and missing one bolt for the extensions, which I hope to get at lunch. I also cut the brake outer slightly short. I have enough cable knocking around to have another go I reckon.
The chainline looks and measures OK, but is a bit noisy. I can't remember if that's normal or not. Not irregular, just rumbly.
