  • What data? Strava app on phone will cover most. Needs Ant+ hrm strap (and compatible phone) for hr data though.

  • Just basics I guess - distance, speed, heart rate, GPS.

    My phone is massive, don't think I'd fancy strapping it to my arm. So think I'd prefer a watch or something that I can then sync with Strava or whatever. (I've never done any of this, even for cycling, I only ever used heart rate monitors and bike puter... not Strava or owt)

  • All beyond me. Cheaper to use phone in waterproof case & carry in waistpack than drop £££'s on specific gps watch.

    Noticing my new A5 isn't very accurate on run gps, but it is good enough for what I'm measuring.
