I've seen a place I'd like to make an offer on. Is an offer 6% below asking price a p*ss take, or reasonable in current market? I want to open a negotiating position that leaves somewhere to go, but doesn't cause offence.
Needs work done on windows and doors plus carpets have been chewed up by previous occupants dog.
