    I have a calliper one - nice audax bike, except when the audax takes you on a muddy bridlepath and you have to take the wheels off and scrape the mud out of the mudguards. Not a lot of fun on big gravel either - the kind of pebbly stuff you get on a lot of UK ‘gravel’ paths. The disc version spec says 28mm as well, so don’t see how it’ll be much more flexible terrain-wise.

  • Basically the calipers version is just a traditional British audax bike that only have a tiny bit more clearance than road bike.
