New bike shakedown.
Horrendous squealing disc brakes (rear caliper died so rotor and pads contaminated with oil). Good for warning peds and stuff at junctions - I might contaminate pads intentionally.
Headset top cap loosened off, so I took the opportunity to drop the stem once I'd got to work. I need to get my position notes and do some proper adjustments.
Need to wire up the dynamo still.
Gears feel weird.
