That is a really lovely design!
I'd love a single round instrument for my motorbike made out of the centre 'chrono' - switch the mpg for a rev counter and the battery for fuel, then a small vertical row of idiot lights through where the X is on the left....
... Don't suppose anyone here makes custom motorbike instrument clusters?

No, but I know of a man in Glasshutte that does...

Ha! More of idle thoughts. But maybe one day. What sort of price range are they?
A. Lange & Sohne
Hmmmm.... would you use the 'big date' as the speed?
EDIT: scrap that here we go....

Great Talking Watches episode this week, with Roger Smith:
Amazing that someone who creates such delicate masterpieces collects more tool based watches.

I'm deep into a Talking Watches spiral. I had seen Aziz Ansari's before. They're all very good.

It's clearly a braille keyboard
Mark 2 Speedmaster rules!
I would love a Mark 3 as well. I tried to buy another mark 2 last week, client found it in a drawer at home , but when I went to check the state of the movement I couldn't shift the caseback. so sent it to STS and neither could they!! needed to be cut off.
So couldn't risk it.
