I have an 11s chainset (DA 9k) and the rest older 10s Ultegra/DA, chain some other 10s. The result of budget reduction halfway through upgrade!
It works, but not as well as when I had the 10s chainset.
I think, but found it difficult to verify, that Shimano increased chainring spacing. Certainly it seems that the front derailleur doesn't move quite far enough.
It annoys me a bit, might annoy you more.

Groupset compatibility question, ive found various answers but all a bit vague.
Can I run a Shimano 11 speed crankset on a ten speed groupset?
(Ultegra 6800 11 speed cranks, Tiagra 4700 10 speed groupset)
