Same thing here, got a tracker email which hasn't updated since Friday last week, the ref number isn't 16 digits and doesn't start with a P so can't trace it and Hermes are like there's not much we can do with a reference number. Bangs head, still it was nice of women to end the call, well it might turn up......

Ordered a few things yesterday and today, one of them is coming via Hermes. No idea which one coz the tracking email they have sent me has cock all info about the seller/sender.
