OK thanks. Reason I was asking as Ritchey make this quite neat Supernova stem mounted piece and I have a 3T stem :(

You might get lucky, depends which 3T stem, and you'd need to get the light mount in your hand to check. If I'd been Ritchey, I'd have put a scissor joint where the two legs meet the lamp knuckle to make it universal :)
