I really fancy a nice, slim, TIGed steel stem for this build. Is there anything out there besides the Nitto UI-2 and SimWorks Wendy? Why are they so preposterously expensive? Are they not reasonably easy to make? Hmm.

Because forged stems are superiour in every way probably :)

But I agree on the aesthetics

When your only standard for a stem is that it holds your bars up, aesthetics becomes the only criteria!
