I'll vote for those high rise drops, bar end shifter combination
1x for trendy city cruising, 2x or 3x setup for serious touring.
Some panaracer paselas 37mm with tubes on a budget.
Needs japanese tires imho.
Anyway, glad the build is already coming along!
