If anyone else find themselves in my situation and needs to manually uninstall an ancient version of Adobe AIR before the new one will install, this worked:

Their support guys are usually very good. Always respond quickly.
I think there’s an LFGSS club with some custom workouts in there. You might find my shoddily created workouts if you’re lucky.
