Ah, that sounds useful. I basically stop using TR when I start doing stuff like 2x20 because I can control them easily enough from the Computrainer panel and TR becomes pointless but for more complicated stuff it'd be nice to have the timers that TR provides (similar to ERG files but with less text file editing).
I've used it quite a bit, mostly modifying other workouts (it's a bit clunky sometimes and creating them from scratch can be a pain). It gives you access to their whole library of workouts so I just find a suitable one to use as a start point and then tweak it. I've never used it starting from other files though (ERG or MRC).
