I’m in the same boat. I don’t stress about weight, though I do get antsy if I have to miss a training session...
I know my weight hasn’t increased since this time last year, only I’m now doing much more structured cycling and running, I’ve also cut out alcohol, meat & dairy, so I’m just gonna see where it takes me this year.
No substantial upgrades to TT kit since 2017 season so it will be good to know that any PB’s (if any) will be down to me and not my kit.
