It's very nice, but not 1935 I would think? Geometry looks wrong or atypical? Or at least then other components are not of that vintage, I think (like the stem, binder bolt, for instance). It's a lot of money for some non-original components (wheels, anyway) and non original finish, perhaps.
I don't claim great expertise (just have seen a lot of 30s bikes and owned a couple) so I may well be all wrong. 60s are more my decade.
Good luck with sale, though, still a nice ride.

has been sold for €1400..So far as I know they shout down in the '35..but I'm not an expert too.
You are right binder bolt and seatpost are not original (unfortunately) -
