Sure. Based in Osaka, Japan. He built frames for Zunow from '72 and moved onto his own brand in '83. I believe he is mostly known for his cyclocross and road frames.
Price list from his website is along the lines of:
- Tange 2 - ~US$2000,
- Tange Prestige - ~US$2600
- Columbus Spirit/Tange Prestige - ~US$3000
- Columbus Max - ~$US$3400
- His own hybrid carbon/steel tubing - ~US$4000
(nb; I got mine second hand therefore paid much, much less.)
