No meme can describe what I've been feeling. I too questioned this amazing lack of consistency.
Went round and the person wasn't in. Spoke to their neighbour and they noted a Yodel driver had come round today followed shortly after by another man (matching the description of my father). Shame the curtain-twitcher hadn't seen this yesterday.
Feels like I'm playing a point-n-click game... but it's only the shareware version so I can't get past this part of the story.

So the driver knew where to go for the query but not where to go to deliver yesterday? And didn't think of going where he delivered incorrectly yesterday before coming to your address? Did he think the query was going to be about his favorite colour rather than where the fuck the parcel he was supposed to deliver yesterday is?
