Parts needed to complete build - 10spd rear mech, narrow wide chain ring, bar tape, disc rotor

I'm skint following car repair ( see for sales thread rolls eyes) but need to complete the build of my Genesis as it's currently in bits.

I need:
10 spd rear mech (I have a nice black XT that I could swap if of interest)
Comfy bar tape
brake rotor (centre lock 140mm)
narrow wide chain ring (104BCD)

I'm in SE26/SE1

I've a hope 104bcd 40t chainring and a ta specialities 104bcd 46t chainring that I'm selling also got a cl rotor with lockring but I'll have to post them if you're interested.
Chainring + rotor posted for £30?

I don't actually think either ring is nw but it's up to you.

It's an rt81 rotor. Used but lots of like left. I've wiped it with a baby wipe but it's not gleaming. Cheers!

Neither ring is narrow wide but would work fine with the right mech. I've got a 38 t hope one on a genesis with a 10 speed rival mech and never dropped the chain. Cheers!
