They're 26" x 60mm. I'd hazard at yes, but I couldn't tell you for sure, not having any wheels to test in them. You could probably roll them (using a cricket ball or similar) to increase the radius and decrease the width.
That said, it's almost certainly not worth doing so, because they're drilled for this bike and new ones wouldn't be much more pricey
