They're 26" x 60mm. I'd hazard at yes, but I couldn't tell you for sure, not having any wheels to test in them. You could probably roll them (using a cricket ball or similar) to increase the radius and decrease the width.
That said, it's almost certainly not worth doing so, because they're drilled for this bike and new ones wouldn't be much more pricey

Out of interest what are the mudguards? I'm looking for something that'd fit 650bx47 and they look good. The whole bike is amazing.
