Bit of a can of worm saying skinner 700c will roll faster, especially when the Compass Bon Jon Pass 35mm tyres is considered to be one of the five fastest tyres in the world, however I don't think they even test out 650b tyres.

Maybe I'm reading this wrong, but it says Rollwiderstand (W) meaning rolling resistance in Watts. Or to put it in other words, how much power is lost in the tyres. And according to your chart, smaller/thinner tyres are faster since they have less rolling resistance..BTW I don't think thinner tyres are faster.
I am reading this wrong, these are the top5 fasted rolling. So they tested more than these 5 right?
The theory about wider tyres being faster is that the circumference of the contact patch, where the tyre deforms, creates the rolling resistance. And since a round shape has a smaller circumference than an oval shape, a tyre with a round or rounder contact patch is faster. And wider tyres have a rounder contact patch.
