  • Bit of a strange question...

I purchased a pair of jeans a while ago from Levis, which turned out to be women's.

I have 0 problems with wearing a pair of jeans that are marketed to women, as I'm quite a strange shape, and they are the only jeans I've ever purchased that I've been 100% happy with. They weren't flowery or had anything on them that youl could tell they were women's, other than small (almost non existant) front pockets.

The first pair ripped at the crotch after 6 months, so did the second pair.

I recently took the pair back to Levis and they refused to let me have another pair of womens jeans, but instead only let me have a pair of male jeans.

I accepted the pair of male jeans, but I'm really unhappy with them, they fit terribly. I don't want to get them tailored as there's a pair of jeans sitting in Levis right now that they simply won't let me exchange :(

I was thinking of maybe selling the male pair and going back and purchasing the female pair?

I also don't want to cause a fuss, but I think it's maybe a bit bad that they didn't let me have a pair of jeans that I really loved, because they were for a female?
