Raleigh 853 MTB - Sick Flames touring bike - split or full(ish) build

pls take care of this bicycle

I'm making my peace with the fact that this frame is too long for my t-rexy body, and am now itching to start a new project.

Thorn Raven twin plate fork, all the braze ons. 403 a-c,. 54mm offset
FSA cartridge headset
30.0 seatpost - Thomson inline and Race Face layback options

I paid £150 for the frame NOS a couple of years ago. It's been treated well, and the only modification was drilling the seatstay bridge for the mudguard. Would like £125, to include the headset.
