Bad traders

I’m in New York and I don’t have Facebook or anything.

I’ve tried to give in to optimism, but it just blows me away that someone couldn’t even bother to communicate that they’re busy, lazy, or in some trouble. I’m an understanding person, but when I do my part - I expect the same out of the other party, especially when it involves money!

Thank you @Velocio - people have reached out to me via pm to let me know they’ve had bad and annoyingly long transactions with james. , and maybe this will motivate him a bit more to make things right.

He mentioned he planned on selling more track parts and a Cannondale Track soon (seems the concept of time is confusing to james), so I’ll certainly be on the lookout for aliases.

Yeah understandable. I agree i would totally be in the same mindset as you and when there's money involved it's even worse. Hope it all gets resolved. Sure as fizzy.bleach mentioned, its far more likely to be lazy neglect than any serious problems, which again. makes it worse. Good luck anyway

@Velocio - it has also been brought to my attention that james. has used another username @lockout to conduct sales recently with another member.

That profile is also now blocked.

i figure that it would be helpful to post images that include bikes/parts that i assume he might try to sell in the future.

Have you thought about reporting it as fraud to the police?

I think you're being generous, especially considering his last mention in this thread and what @wayaway has been told about other people's dealings with him.

If he asked for a non-PayPal Goods & Services payment and offered the ID as reassurance, that would suggest the ID is fake or he felt the OP distance protected him from any comeback.
