You want a 140mm adapter for the back unless you're changing the rotor size too.

Thanks, the Juin Techs come with rotors so it's cheaper to add them on - the ones on there are also rather awful.

Make sure you use 160mm rotors front and back with the Juin Tech brakes; they say themselves not to use 140mm rotors.
