I present the Langer Pro 10 years of Specialized Langster Limited Edition. Not a mouthful at all.
This is the stiffest, mentalist frame I have ever ridden, and I'm sure I haven't been faster on another bike since. Yet to ride another frame that handles as well as this does. I do hope my new bike is as good, anyway...
Even though the geo is quite pursuit, it's actually been the bike that I've felt most comfortable riding somehow, never gave my back anything to complain about.
I rode this for about two years and it was great fun, it was my do it all bike. I stuck 25c Marathon Plus's on it, paired that with some Raceblades and rode it all year round. It's done the commute and up and down Peckham Rye a lot at 4 in the morning most weekends.
Saying that, I haven't crashed it, no dings or dents! Although, the paint work has seen better days... those days were around the time before I took ownership of the frame.
Basically the paint is dog shit.
Even though this frame has always lived indoors when not ridden, it was actually a black Langster Pro until a few moments ago when i took the muc-off to it.
Anyone that's seen my "white" Boardman Track Competition knows what I'm talking about.
Anyway size is 54, geo in pic below.
Buy this, put risers on it and fit the biggest tyres it will take, don't worry about toe overlap because there isn't any, then go have fun.
Sooo....
