Having recently reproofed my hardshell (using Grangers spray on) I’d been looking forward to a trip out in the rain.
It happened last Saturday, the outbound leg of 30k was fine. Nice droplets all over and they ran off lovely. Come the return everything appeared to soak in (no droplets).
After spraying I tumble dried on cool for around 20 minutes to fix the dwr. Was this not enough? If not, can I just cool iron to fix or do I need to re-apply the spray? Or is this normal?
