I'm still on the Strava group, so I'm not too sure why it didn't show up. Maybe to spare my blushes!
I've got achilles tendinopathy, but caught it pretty early and have luckily seen a research group at Mile End hospital which will mean I get treatment for it without having to go the GP / physio referral route. The problem is that I've been quite enjoying not going out in the cold, and I've discovered my family are actually alright

I won't be racing either, I'll do well not to give up by the end of the Rotherhithe loop and just pop home instead of going to Greenwich.
Are you not on the LFGSS Strava running group any more? I don't see any run with that distance yesterday. I'm assuming you've injured yourself so hope you're healing up.
