I have entered. I managed my longest run of the year yesterday, 4.3 miles, so if I do run it I won't be racing

I won't be racing either, I'll do well not to give up by the end of the Rotherhithe loop and just pop home instead of going to Greenwich.
Are you not on the LFGSS Strava running group any more? I don't see any run with that distance yesterday. I'm assuming you've injured yourself so hope you're healing up.
