Sadly not in London but IIRC I'm not to far from Ejay's shop.

Were you at altitude when it happened?

Actually yes. Not very high (c.2000m) but it happened within an hour or so of getting to that altitude. I hand't considered that.

I had a roll on deodorant eject its ball like a cannon at just under 2000m a few weeks ago. Wouldn't be amazed if it happens to other things with a reasonable pressure seal too.

When I have bought watches at 1600m I have been advised that they might need tweaking at London altitude to keep good time. Have never noticed it in reality though.

What Watch is John Taylor wearing in his picture? I have the magazine but the quality of the picture is not good enough to zoom in
