Unfortunately you made the mistake of not taking out the cog before dismembering the wheel. It’s very difficult to remove the cog from a bare hub, and it’s impossible to rebuild a new wheel with the cog in place.
I wouldn’t buy a hub like that, I’d want the cog off first.
