Just get a bialetti stovetop or similar from TK Maxx I use mine every morning. I actually gave away my Gaggia as it was a massive pain in the arse and didn't make better coffee. If I want a long coffee just add a splash of hot water then the milk.

I think the best are the swissgold ones; they aren't that cheap but would solve the waste issue. Or you could try cloth filters and wash them - hario make some?

I was actually looking into this one by Kinto today to see how it compares to the Kone. Haven't been able to find much written about it online.
Much more reasonable price if you want to give it a go though.

Is there a slightly cheaper option than Kone for a reusable v60 filter? We tend to use the espresso machine all weekend but don’t have time in the mornings.
Love our v60 but spend a decent whack on filters and trying to cut back on waste so would be nice to have a reusable one.
