I like the Maxpedition range, very tough although a little rambo-esque looking.
No idea what the volume of your list is, but they have a range of sizes, all of (most of?) which open fully. I like how adaptable they are. I travel with my Pygmy Falcon-II and I find it very comfortable to carry, pack and find my stuff in.
