A chap on another forum I post on just purchased this

I think they were POWs. But he also took a sample of his frogman suit, which I thought was a bit odd. Also strange (well, awfully convenient) to engrave the case back with the date of capture in my opinion.

Given it comes with a bit of the guy’s wetsuit, I’m going to guess he was dead at the time.
Edit. Read the story now - didn’t think you could steal things from POWs,but hey ho.
