SOLD!
FOR SALE:( with a heavy heart) is my Ron Cooper custom (for someone else) steel bike insparkley british racing green build in the 90s (?)
Originally bought on the forum with 8 speed campag groupset, and i have upgraded it to full Sram forec/red 10 speed with mavic wheels. I am leaving the UK to Hong Kong, and have contemplated taking her with me, but i have decided that it deserves to be ridden and not hung up as decoration.

Chinese carbon seatpost
San Marco Bioacktive saddle (Fizik arione saddle in picture not included)
Finishing:
Ritchley 100mm stem (shimmed onto a stem adapter, would preferred to have it on a quill stem)
ritchley compact bars 42 cm
Bottle cages
2 specialized bottle cages
pedals:
look Keo pedals OR BLB pedals with cage OR no pedals
mud guard
i will throw in some Crud blade mark 3 mud guards, they have been trimmed as the clearance on the bike is so small, the whole thing does not fit.
and spare "velcro" for the mud guard if i can locate them
THE GOOD:
WISHBONE seat stay! what more can one ask for!
It rides amazingly for me at 5,7" i have done about 500 miles on it since the groupset change, it weights 8.9 kg! and could come down if you work a bit. its realiable and fast, and very comfy rolling over London roads.
its light and the paint job is spot on bar the scruffs mentioned below
most of the bike is protected by some vinyl, but in hind sight it could have had more.
Its definitely a head turner and I have had compliments at traffic lights.
I have been using it as a daily ride for short commute and the occasional Sunday ride
THE BAD:
HOWEVER THERE ARE NO DINGS OR DENTS
The bike has never been crashed apart from one slow speed slide on ice early morning last month.
It is a lovely bike to ride and look at, which is why I wanted to bring it aboard and hang it on the wall, but I fear it will weep.
I think this will suit anyone up to 5"7 and perfect for short lad like myself or smaller ladies or children.
I would like £650 for it given the it being a brilliant frameset with decent Groupset and wheelset combo, but as usual, please let me know if I am way off. will make a donation to the forum when this is sold to a good home.
Pickup viewing available London Fields during evening and Old Street during the day.
