Calculating calories burned from doing weights. Worth it?
I did an hour of (heavy for me) weights inc. 5 mins treadmill yesterday and my fitbit reckoned it was 500kcal, which I thought was optimistic. Am ~75kg and 178cm.
Not insignificant either way, so maybe worth it?
That sounds about right to me - that’s roughly what I expect to burn in an active 45 mins of weights
