  • Calculating calories burned from doing weights. Worth it?

  • I don't include mine, simply because MFP doesn't have the values and ain't nobody got time for that.

  • I did an hour of (heavy for me) weights inc. 5 mins treadmill yesterday and my fitbit reckoned it was 500kcal, which I thought was optimistic. Am ~75kg and 178cm.

    Not insignificant either way, so maybe worth it?
