I'm more shocked at just how many people can afford Rolexes. Even on an average London salary it's not realistic.

Nobody knows how many they sell but people often estimate one million a year. You have to assume that most of those are subs. There are a lot of people happy to spend their annual bonus on a watch if they think it boosts their status...
