Anyone got any Sram 10 speed levers?
-
• #20981
It's a sign to go 1x.
Edit: Apparently it's the right lever.
-
• #20982
It’s more of a sign to go single speed because it’s the RH shifter 😩

After punching tourist bus I used it for a fast draft into town. Fuck you tourist bus (but also thanks, fucker).

Lmao imagine if that was a person.
Man a punches man b then uses man b for protection and self gain.
Not a dig hippy, just a funny sketch in my mind telly.

I aim to please.
Unless I'm punching, then I aim to hurt.
Yes, inanimate objects feel pain, in my mind telly at least.

Mind telly.

Man a punches man b then uses man b for protection and self gain.
I'm fairly sure that happens in most movie fight scenes where it's hero vs multiple foes.

Surely irl too?
I always apologise to whatever appliance I lost my temper with and uprooted across the lino.
I do believe in karma though and what is it, something like 80% of all fatal accidents at home are in kitchens?

I have a broken right-hand SRAM lever. It's 10-speed Rival. The internal pawl/ratchet mechanism is broken but the paddle and lever arm is fine. Want to sell me your broken one for a transplant? Or buy mine?
Obviously it depends whether or not the internals/paddles are interchangeable between the two

Lmfao.
I have had similar internal monologues tbh.
That show is awesome me and my mate love it and were from leeds. -

Yeah, it's a shame not many people know about it outside of Scotland!

Minor crash yesterday morning - cyclist behind was too close to me and failed to stop when I stopped, sending me straight into the back of the car in front. All fairly innocuous, nobody hit the deck, but my front wheel is now out of true and I think I might have broken a finger. Which is annoying. Bloody cyclists.

Oh bummer, what does the GP say?

Wow haven't cycled into town for nearly 2 yrs apart from the normal perils of peds cabbies and uber drives the cycling infrastructure caught me out a few times.
Lambeth Rd where you turn onto St Georges st, just before on Lambeth Rd you have a mini cycle bit which has the lights for cyclist then about 10 metres further on proper lights, light was green for the cyclist but red on the proper which I only noticed as the bus was going across that caught me off guard. Trying to get off Blackfriars bridge to go towards Canon Street missed the cycle turn off mainly due to a cyclist on a Abbey Bike who had stopped to make a call.
Shouted at twice by cab drives for not being in the cycle lane, both times the cab's had stopped to drop off or pick up passengers in the cycle lane and I'd gone around the them only for them to drive off at the same time.
Don't miss it at all, well may just a small bit does get the heart going.
