What is forum approved South East location atm?
I'm in Greenwich but too close to Blackwall Tunnel approach so want somewhere less busy.
Could move my house a few roads over but that'd make it cost 1m instead of 500k.

Come to Catford. I picked up a mid terraced 4 bed house with generous garden early last year for just under £500k. Lovely area with salt of the earth people.
