Only a very few of the orders I’ve ever placed with them show up in my account. These latest 2 orders, of course, do not. Think it might be because I paid by PayPal? I have the PayPal receipt with my order number on it so that’s always something.

Mmmm plain weird. I had that ages ago, so made sure I log in before placing any order. Good luck with it though. Was going to place another order with them this week but dreading the fuss.

I just need to forget about it for a week or so and then if the stuff ain’t here I can start worrying.

They were at least pretty helpful when I phoned them.

Think I’ve saved £20 on a pair of Ribmos and £40 on the bars I bought so a little hassle is probably to be expected.
