Disguised as mudguard stays!
Which begs the question where the actual mudguard stays are...
-
• #228
Yes, but where are the mudguard stays?
Edit: Tijs got there first.
-
• #229
Yeah where are they!? An oversight.

Did someone call?
Still touring with bands, still hopefully a nice (ish) guy, living in berlin these days. I do miss those halcyonic days in the London summer sun with lots and lots of bikes!

Loved the early bridge rides. The big thing I noticed about them was how it grew and the percentage of girls coming got larger and larger.
@ive2dogs Absolutely agree. For a while there many largeish forum social rides (and even a couple of TNRCs believe it or not) weren't 90% blokes.
Nice to see you posting my friend.

Gerald’s fantastic pics of the Christmas tweed run treasure hunt. I crashed so many times that night.

That was huge fun. Dante's 27" tyre blow out and gaffer tape fix was a particular highlight.

Haven’t seen many snowflake wheels since those days.

Not so much Rad shit but rad people.
I've just got back from an awesome weekend mountian biking in Wales with three weirdos I met on the internet 10 years ago.
Couldn't be happier.
3 of us are still pretty 'on here' but one isn't so here's a pic of him to let you know he's still alive/a massive bellend.

Is that pigfarmer behind all that mud?
-
• #242
YEAH! Still a total bellend but I love him.
Turned up to go MTBing in knee high white campag socks.
-
• #243
Excellent. Glad he's doing well.

Those years of hard living have taken their toll.

Turned up to go MTBing in a Range Rover on the back of an RAC truck.
Fixed that for you.

It was an absolute belter of a week that’s probably gonna cost me £2k+
-
• #247
Nope, the range died.
But he did arrive in something equally stoooooopid!

I rode 2009 Dragon Ride with Minkfarmer when he arrived in full London Dynamo kit.
He crossed the finish line in an ambulance. that guy

Definitely a pattern.

The man, the myth, the legend...
Just couldn't generate enough velocity. Gravity was always his enemy.
