Guy on a Dolan Pre Cursa this morning heading past Liverpool street. Hi-vis everything including helmet and rucksack weaving around erratically including some dodgy moves around the wrong way of traffic islands. A bit strange, but then they kept thrusting two victory/peace symbols into the sky for no apparent reason.
