I didn't until last weekend's ride...now I really quite like it
The main difference the Solaris and the Swift is the Swift is better at low speeds smooth stuff, and Solaris better at higher speeds bumpy stuff.
Coming fast down some flowy singletrack in Epping the Solaris was so so so good, felt way better than the Swift, didn't realise how much it comes alive at speed. And it's pretty good slow too.
Taking it for a 4 day bikepacking trip in wales this week!

@platypus Why don't you like your Cotic Solaris again? I've found an XL 2014 one for sale amidst a drought of large steel 29ers, seemingly ticks the right boxes, but geo is a bit odd.
