I was hoping for a full forecast, not just the names. Still good though.
I tune into bbc.co.uk every now and again to listen to the forecast. The Swedish equivalent is tame when you compare, so once in a while I have to get my shipping forecast fix

Turned 40. Found this thread. Shall lurk for a bit but rest assured, I've been shaving my ears and trimming my eyebrows for years so you mustn't think I don't belong.

Popped over to the Osteopath myself this week. Left hip had 'dropped'. Felt like right leg was 2 inches short.
Deep, machine, massage, some L5 manipulation and I'm right as rain.
He also found some notchiness in a couple of neck & shoulder vertebrae.
Best body maintenance going. -

Well I've been yanking out the crazily long ones for several years. I had just hoped that they weren't apparent to anyone else. sigh

I'm surprised we're not inundated with ads for 'Eyebrow wax'.
(Returns years later to see where he threw away multi-million $ grooming market). -

Monday morning woke up early to phone to register with new GP. Walked downstairs without slippers on and slipped down the last four carpeted stairs putting my hand out to save myself I broke my left hand middle finger. 2.5 hours of surgery Tuesday to put screws and a plate in. In plaster for weeks ahead....
Moral of the story. Always wear slippers when negotiating staircases

I've stopped yanking out the really long ones and started cultivating them and giving them individual names like "Horatio".

I still feel young until society reminds me I'm not and I get mailers from SunLife with silvertops in nice conservatories laughing as they eat breakfast boiled eggs as the sun rises over a manicured back garden. I'll be freezing to death eating Aldi beans in my retirement. I wonder if hermits still a job?
